Privacy policy
This policy explains how SV Travel Rovaniemi ("we") processes personal data when you use this website or contact us. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone number (optional), pick-up address (optional), tour, date, number of people and your message. When you contact us by WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Viber or email, those services process your messages under their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, arrange and carry out the tour or transfer, and meet our legal accounting obligations.
Where it is stored
Booking requests are delivered through our website host (Netlify) to our email inbox. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept as required by Finnish accounting law.
Aurora forecast
The forecast block loads public data directly from NOAA (USA). Your browser connects to their server; no personal data is sent by us.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to svtravel.rovaniemi@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
